The Challenge

Faced with inconsistencies and inadequacies in their existing agency supplier's services, Agrial Fresh struggled with staffing challenges that hindered productivity and efficiency. Additionally, Agrial Fresh anticipated the need to onboard an additional 30 operatives for new production lines, furthering their staffing concerns.

This streamlined approach enabled employees to report directly to their designated workstations, eliminating confusion and optimising productivity from the outset.
