The Challenge
In the summer of 2014, TaskMaster Public Sector embarked on a journey with the University of Huddersfield, winning the sole supplier agreement for all non-academic temporary staff. Over the years, the university faced various challenges, including changes in supplier arrangements and the impact of external factors such as the COVID-19 pandemic.
